Rescheduling

-- Clients are allowed to reschedule twice due to sickness, death, or family emergency free of charge. Third time of rescheduling there will be a fee of ten dollars to reschedule. If the photographer has to reschedule due to sickness, death, or family emergency a fee will not be applied as it is her fault for cancelling the session. If session has been pre paid for client will accept session amount except the twenty five dollar retainer fee.

Retainer fee/ Deposit

-- Each session requires a nonrefundable retainer fee of twenty five dollars to make the scheduled session set and stone. If you book your session and do not pay the fee within 48 hours rights are reserved for other clients paying the fee to book over your session. This fee is absolutely nonrefundable. The twenty five dollar fee will be taken off the total amount of the session due.

Sickness

-- Please notify your photographer at least 24 hours before your session if a client is sick. Especially if the session will take place in our studio. It is mainly used for babies and we try to keep it as clean as possible.

Traveling Fee

-- Precious Moments Photography travels anywhere ten miles free of charge. Anything beyond ten miles is fifty cents per mile. We will not travel more than two hours away unless client and photographer sign a binding contract stating client agrees to pay for additional travel fees, additional session time, or hotel costs.

Payment Options

-- Each package is available for payment. Each payment method will be set up to fit the specific needs of each client. Payment methods do not mean you must make payments we still allow clients and encourage them to pay in full if possible, but offer payments if needed. The last payment must be paid before or on the day of the session, if it is not the session will not be edited until last payment is paid. A receipt will be given to the client for each payment to help keep up with how much he or she owes the photographer.

Photo Storage

-- Photos will be stored on our desktop two years post session, then deleted. Photos will be live on our client gallery for six months post session. If you wish to keep them live longer a fee of ten dollars will be charged to keep it live. Each session comes with a free disc if client chooses a disc. Each additional disc is five dollars each.

Re- Touching

-- Precious Moments Photography will remove any bodily blemishes only at client request. This includes bumps, scars, stitches, stretch marks etc. Precious Moments Photography will remove any skoal cans, keys, lanyards, knives, hair bows on the wrists, bra straps etc, at photographers consent. Precious Moments Photography does not allow any re editing of any kind on any images. This includes frames, fonts, filters, vignettes. This changes them from the original state that was given and is not allowed in anyway. Precious Moments Photography does not allow any clients to claim any photos with or without watermark as his or her own. Precious Moments photography will not give out any raw, unedited images to any clients.

Additional People

-- All Precious Moments packages are based off of a standard family of four. Any additional people or pets added to the session are two dollars per person or pet.

Weather

--Weather acceptable for outdoor sessions (sun, overcast, light rain, wind)

--Weather not acceptable for outdoor sessions (thunderstorms, lightening, heavy hail and rain, snow, and ice)

--All weather is acceptable for studio sessions except snow and ice

Session Time

--Showing up on time to a session is very crucial. The photographer books several sessions a day on top of each other. We ask that you try your best to be on time if not early. If you see you are going to be late for your session please notify your photographer. If you do not receive 3/4g once leaving your home please ask your photographer for her cell phone number. If you are fifteen minutes late without contacting the photographer in anyway, the photographer is free to leave the session and reschedule. If you are late your session time will be cut down. If you are going to be 30 minutes late or longer the photographer has the right to reschedule the session, all depending on other pending sessions and time of day. Please do not show up to the session more than twenty minutes early. If you arrive any earlier we cannot guarantee we can be  there at that time and might have to stick with the regular scheduled time.

Attire

-- Precious Moments Photography asks that all clients dress accordingly to the weather. We ask that all clients stay away from fonts on shirts and limit it to small clothing logos. We prefer clients to stick to solid colors and plaid/flannel. If you need help matching clothing or picking a color pallet to work with please contact your photographer we will gladly help you. We ask that each client match with the fellow people in the session. Please take the session seriously everyday casual wear is not recommended.

Hair and Makeup add on

-- Hair and makeup by a licensed cosmetologist if available. Our cosmetologist works in her own studio and books appointments separately from me. If you wish to have hair and makeup done for your session please book with her as soon as possible to reserve your spot.

Injury

-- Precious Moments Photography will not be held responsible for any injuries that may take place during the allotted session time. This includes humans and pets. If we are shooting in the sun and fields we recommend clients wear bug spray and sunscreen. We do not provide these items. If you choose to not wear either of those clients are risking themselves to tick, mosquito, and chigger bites. This includes sunburns. We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items or damage to vehicles if there are any. If the photographer sees that a location will potentially become dangerous to both clients and photographer, we have the right to discuss a different safer location.

I hereby understand the terms and policy by Precious Moments Photography. By signing down below I am stating that I have read everything on this page and I understand that if I cause a breach in this contract Precious Moments Photography has the right to cancel my session or delete my photos permanently.
